01 Introduction

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. GV777 is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end. Always check your bet history to confirm a wager has been accepted.

• All sports betting odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change before a bet is placed.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Minor delays in live streams may mean events have progressed beyond what is visible on screen — GV777 may void bets where the outcome was already determined at the time of placement due to data feed latency.
• GV777 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, cancel individual bets, or void entire events where integrity concerns arise or where a clear pricing error is identified.

• Casino game outcomes are generated by certified random number generators. Results are final once displayed.

For live casino games, the decisions of the on-table dealer are final once the round has concluded. Any disputes regarding a live dealer outcome must be raised with support promptly, referencing the game session ID shown in your account history.
